Cristina Andreatta has joined the Longleigh Foundation as director with strategic responsibility for developing their grant-funding programme and expanding their work across England.

Cristina was previously Senior Network Engagement Manager at the Association of Charitable Foundations, the membership body for UK foundations and grant-giving charities. Prior to this, she held key management posts with the Human Trafficking Foundation and Migrants’ Rights Network.

“Longleigh funds a wide range of projects that are helping to improve the lives of some of the most disadvantaged and vulnerable members of our community,” says Cristina. “Against a backdrop of ongoing welfare reform and economic uncertainty, I believe there is a great need for the type of support that Longleigh is set up to provide. I’m really looking forward to building on the great work that’s already been done and working closely with the trustees and the Foundation’s support team as we develop a strong and sustainable organisation that has the resources to make a real difference in people’s lives.”

“We are thrilled to have Cristina on board,” says Sue Terry, Chair of Longleigh Foundation. “I am confident that her in-depth understanding and experience of working in the voluntary and grant-making sector, her excellent contacts, and her strong leadership skills, will be a huge asset to Longleigh Foundation as we embark on an exciting new phase of growth.”
