About us
Alliance Publishing Trust
The objects of the charity are to promote the efficiency and effectiveness of charities and the effective use of charitable resources for the public benefit by publishing journals, reports and other material relating to the administration and effectiveness of charities and the effective use of charitable resources; and convening discussion and dialogue on these issues.
To meet this mission statement, we focus on two main areas:
Alliance magazine
Alliance is the leading magazine for philanthropy and social investment worldwide. It provides news and analysis of what's happening in the philanthropy and social investment sectors across the world. It also acts as a forum for exchange of ideas and experiences among practitioners.
As well as news and conference reports, articles, book reviews and opinion columns, each issue has a special in-depth feature on some key aspect of philanthropy and social investment, with contributors from around the world and expert guest editors. Click here to subscribe.
Alliance eBulletin is an email newsletter for subscribers only which provides news and analysis of current developments in all months when the magazine is not published. Click here to subscribe.
The Alliance archive gives Alliance subscribers access to all past issues of Alliance, dating back to 1998. Click here to subscribe.
In addition to the subscriber only content Alliance also produces regular free to all content. This includes monthly interviews with prominent figures in the field of philanthropy plus regular articles and reports from conferences around the world.
