En los últimos dos años, hemos tenido Giving de Bill Clinton, Inspired Philanthropy, Richistan, What Your Money Means, The New Elite, Beyond Success, Forces for Good, The Foundation, The Billionaire Who Wasn't, The Power of Unreasonable People, How to Change the World, Leaving Microsoft to Change the World, Creating a World Without Poverty, y también en este otoño los de nombre muy desafortunado Philanthrocapitalism y Money Well Spent, junto con Be the Change todavía en ciernes. Y éstos son sólo los libros, también se han lanzado numerosas revistas sobre filantropía social (por ejemplo, Contribute, Benefit and Generocity).
