This will be held in Austin, Texas, 11-13 October. Speakers will include Philip and Donna Berber (pictured), founders of A Glimmer of Hope, a foundation based in Austin that provides clean water, schools, health clinics and microfinance loans in Ethiopia. In November 2009 Barron’s magazine placed them sixth on its list of ‘The 25 Best Givers’ in the world based on their impact and effectiveness.
