Taking on the Latin American emergency

‘When I was young, I found social injustice painful to see. I thought it would change but I have grown up and the world has changed little. Redistribution has not happened. It is an emergency to learn to share, an emergency to have a fairer society for Latin America.’ So said Soledad Teixido (Fundación PROhumana, Chile) in her opening words to the international seminar on ‘Philanthropy in Latin America’ in Santiago, Chile in November.
