Big funder, small NGO – finding a balance

No one disputes that funding organizations have a duty to ensure that their funds are well spent. But how can a large funder’s reporting requirements be framed so as to avoid overburdening a very small organization? The UK-based Survivors Fund, working with Rwandan widows, receives core funding from Comic Relief.
