A new tool from GrantCraft explores the expectations grantmakers face during the course of their work, from their colleagues, their grantees and themselves. Roles@work is in the form of a deck of cards, 29 in all, which bring together the roles mentioned most often by grantmakers. Each contains activities that encourage funders to reflect more deeply on how to meet and manage expectations.
