Report describes foundations’ experience of diversity

A new report produced by Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors looks at the experience of a number of US foundations in institutionalizing diversity. Diversity & Inclusion: Lessons from the field describes the experiences of, among others, the Jesse Smith Noyes Foundation, the W K Kellogg Foundation, the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, the California Endowment and Dell Inc and discusses the challenges faced in, and benefits derived from, making their governance and their operation more diverse and more reflective of the views of the constituencies they serve.
