Foundations meeting during the 1st Annual Ibero-American Forum for Corporate Foundations (IFIFE) discussed their relations with their various stakeholders and analysed a set of transparency and performance indicators as a tool to improve their own accountability.

The forum, which took place in Madrid on 18 and 19 October under the theme ‘Growing Together, Learning Together’, brought together representatives of corporate foundations from Spain and Latin America. Among other highlights of the event, Jorge Villalobos of CEMEFI (Mexican Center for Philanthropy) noted the increasing collaboration of Mexican philanthropy in development during his presentation of an evaluation of the ten-year history of their social responsibility programme in Mexico.
