Refund policy

Thank you for your purchase with Alliance. We hope you are fully satisfied with your subscription. If not, we’re here to help.

You have 28 days to cancel your Alliance subscription for a full refund. This starts from the date you received your login information and/or confirmation that your subscription is active.

If you would like to cancel your subscription within the first 6 months, you can get a proportional percentage back of the cost of your subscription.

You can also transfer your subscription to another colleague in your organisation.
