ANDE initiative to support ‘missing middle’ in developing countries

The Aspen Network of Development Entrepreneurs (ANDE) has launched an initiative to provide capital, business training and support services to entrepreneurs in the developing world, who comprise what it terms the ‘missing middle’ – businesses that are too large to qualify for microfinance loans but not big enough to appeal to banks or venture capitalists.
