The Council on Foundations (COF) and the Forum of Regional Associations of Grantmakers have embarked on an alliance which, they say, will mean a better service for their members. Under the alliance, both organizations will continue to provide education programmes, but through a much-expanded common framework that draws on the knowledge of both, eliminates overlap, and explores new areas of knowledge.
