Intermón Oxfam leaves Haiti as humanitarian response completed

The Intermón Oxfam Foundation completed its humanitarian mission in Haiti, which was devastated by hurricanes Ike and Gustav. Emergency services were carried out in the north of Haiti after hurricanes Ike and Gustav and tropical storm Hanna ravaged the island nation in September 2008. Ike caused 70 deaths and forced 80,000 to leave their homes. Gustav and Hanna affected 650,000 people and left more than 500 dead.
