Did you know…

Civil society organizations in the 36 countries studied employ more workers than many other sectors of the economy. According to new data soon to be released from the Johns Hopkins Comparative Nonprofit Sector Project, they employ nearly eight times more workers than the utilities industry, 15 per cent more workers than the transportation industry, and nearly half as many workers as all branches of manufacturing.
