This year’s Raymond Georis Prize went to Diego Hidalgo Schnur, President and founder of La Fundación para las Relaciones Internacionales y el Diálogo Exterior (the Foundation for International Relations and Exterior Dialogue) and founder of Spain’s prestigious El País newspaper, for his ‘unwavering commitment to social and political harmony’.He received the prize at the closing plenary of the EFC’s annual conference in Istanbul in June.
