Indian billionaire pledges 25 per cent of wealth to charity

Billionaire investor Rakesh Jhunjhunwala, often referred to as India’s Warren Buffett, has decided to pledge 25 per cent of his wealth to charity. Jhunjhunwala said that the inspiration for his giving had come from his father, who was an income tax official, and had little to do with Bill Gates and Warren Buffett’s recent trip to India to promote the Giving Pledge.
