Two new trustees have joined the Friends Provident Foundation Board. Caroline Taylor, the Chief Executive at Essex Community Foundation, and Paul Blyth, a pioneer in the field of ESG/Impact Investment, began their term as Board Members for the Foundation earlier this month.

Caroline Taylor

Taylor brings a wealth of experience and expertise in the charity sector. With a strong focus on developing long-term philanthropic resources for local benefit, she has advised high-net-worth individuals, businesses, public agencies, and charitable trusts on effective ways to invest their charitable giving to meet social needs.

Paul Blyth

Blyth has been at the forefront of the impact investment movement and played a key role in launching the world’s first impact investment brokerage on behalf of eBay/PayPal Inc. As the General Partner of Finethic, an impact investment manager for pension funds, Paul has invested approximately $1 billion since its inception. His passion for impact investment led him to create Snowball, an award-winning boutique Impact Investment manager with a mission to make Impact Investment the new normal for all investors.

‘Caroline and Paul bring a wealth of knowledge, experience, and passion to the world of ESG/Impact Investment and philanthropy. With their invaluable contributions, we are confident that our foundation will continue to make a significant and positive impact in the communities we serve’, said Friends Provident Foundation in a statement.
