The 2017 Programme Committee is seeking session proposals to fill 10 slots in the EFC Conference Programme. The conference is titled ‘Courage to re-embrace solidarity in Europe. Can philanthropy take the lead?’ and will take place in Warsaw from 31 May – 2 June,
The conference will focus on the need for solidarity in tackling philanthropy’s biggest challenges, from climate change to migration, and the courage that this collaboration often requires. It will also explore how philanthropy should be involved in fostering, supporting and promoting this ‘courage for solidarity’. In order to ensure a wide variety of topics around this theme, the EFC is inviting its members to share their own ideas and proposals. Deadline for submission is Thursday 3rd November 2016.
