The gender pay gap is the average difference in salaries between men and women in the workplace. This is unfortunately commonplace across many sectors and societies. For example in the UK, women earn just 81p of every pound earned by men. Does this gender pay gap exist within philanthropy too?

Alliance magazine is interested in looking into this, and would like to hear directly from you on your perceptions.
