The collaboration between PCP and FJWU was formalised through a memorandum of understanding, signed last month, that will provide opportunities for cooperation across research, seminars, workshops, internship, and career development opportunities for graduate students and young professions seeking to enhance their skills and knowledge around philanthropy.

‘This MoU with FJWU would be utilised to empower the young women through shared knowledge, practices, opportunities and aspirations,’ said Shazia Maqsood Amjad, Executive Director PCP.

Dr Saima Hamid, Vice Chancellor FJWU said, ‘The collaboration with PCP is mainly to engage in research projects, especially on philanthropy and its sub-themes, to help equip young women students with research and relevant skills. The agreement would also explore the opportunities for working towards achieving the Sustainable Development Goals.’
